IPTIQ P&C WAS TAKEN OVER BY ALLIANZ DIRECT
iptiQ EMEA P&C has successfully transitioned to Allianz Direct Versicherungs-AG through a cross-border merger on the 16 December 2025. As a result, iptiQ EMEA P&C will no longer exist as a separate legal entity, and the brand name will be replaced by Allianz Direct.
